BEE III-1 Blog #2 The Real-life Definition of Hero's Journey In literature, t he journey of the hero is a traditional plot archetype or tale template involving an adventurous hero, learning a course, winning a victory for the new experience, and then returning changed. We will be the agents of meaningful change to ourselves, to others, and to our society through recognizing the journey of the hero and being able to identify and respond to our adventure call. But first, what is a hero? What makes him not? A hero is selfless, a profoundly decent person, and someone deserves our undivided attention and improvements. Somebody ready to risk their own lives to save someone else. Webster describes a hero as a mythological or mythical figure, typically of great strength and ability. However, if the action helps himself, he is not a hero, for he acts out of self
